We use compacted and tamped crushed gravel to provide a solid patio base. Then we skreet 1” of granite sand on top of the base with a slight grade. Pavers are set into the leveled sand grade in a pattern with three piece combo paver bricks. Then a polymer sand is spread into all of the joints to lock the pavers and seal off. Sealer is optional but encouraged as it will protect and highlight the colors of the pavers and it will seal and hold the poly sand for durability.

We source our pavers from the Tremron catalogue, offering a variety of choices to match any setting. We will go over all of the options in person to ensure the choice selected is best suited for the job.
STONE ADD ONS
SITTING WALL
We build with a core of cement block 18” high and 12” deep and 10’ wide. The cement block is covered on all 4 sides with Cultured Stone and is capped with a cultured slate sitting stone that is 14” deep and the total height of bench is 20” approximately high. This is a richer look than block and can be lit up with lights under the seat and both ends.
STONE COLUMN BASES
20”x20" stone column bases. Built with cement block core poured solid with cement. Then cultured stone faced on all sides and capped with 3” solid cap stone. Each stone column built is $735 each. Wire will be run inside column to supply source for pre wiring in the structure. Stone is sealed upon completion.
OUTDOOR GRILL
A custom stone grill station 24”-28” wide x 40”-42” tall and 108” long. Framework is constructed of lumber and is configured according to the grill storage needs that you outline. The framing is covered with OSB and covered with a tarpaper backing. Three sides are covered in stone and the grill access side is framed with rustic finish lumber. The appliance configuration is custom and you can select doors, drawers, or appliances to fit your needs.
OUTDOOR FIREPLACE
We make our fireplaces custom each project. The more detail the higher the cost. I will picture the size we are pricing and we can be flexible somewhat on the design . The core is made of cement block and faced with cultured stone. The fire place is lined with fire brick. Our fireplaces are very high quality and fit our patios in a custom approach. We can add sitting walls and fire wood storage, a custom mantel and special design features.
